SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY AND MANAGEMENT
Conserving resources, environmental friendliness and sustainability are our top priorities. Our environmental management system has therefore been certified and recognised in accordance with the international management and safety standards of DIN EN ISO 14001:2015. Preventing and limiting potential sources of danger is the basis for environmental safety. This is why we only use innovative production facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology. In the event of an emergency, all employees are regularly instructed in safety and some are trained as in-house fire assistants.
Protecting energy and resources
Q Acoustic elements are customised for each order. This allows us to optimise cutting and materials, avoid overproduction and save energy by bundling orders.
The reduction of our energy and material consumption includes the permanent expansion of our machinery, regular product optimisation and the sensitisation and further training of our employees.
Our waste disposal concept includes the strict avoidance of waste. Surplus and recyclable material is preferably returned to our suppliers to promote the material cycle.
We have significantly reduced excess packaging material. We transport large orders on reusable pallets. For recurring orders from major customers, we have introduced packaging-free transport using sturdy pallet cages. We make the best possible use of the load volume with the help of collective collections, thereby saving energy and resources.

DURABILITY
How sustainable a product is depends on its service life and ultimately its recyclability. We only use first-class materials and impressive material combinations to ensure that the acoustic elements can be used for a long time. Our products are therefore extremely resistant to UV radiation. Long-lasting colour fastness ensures a consistently beautiful appearance.
We chose aluminium and acoustic felt as surface laminations due to their robustness. These are easy to clean and virtually indestructible.
Secure and variable mounting options ensure that the acoustic elements are held in place perfectly and enable multiple use.
HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS
Certified and recyclable raw materials from Germany and Europe are decisive for our acoustic elements. We only purchase acoustic foams in sizes optimised for transport and cutting directly from the manufacturer. The predominant use of ‘OEKO-Tex®’-certified and pollutant-free components (CFCs, Mieral fibres, etc.) is particularly important to us. We also promote the digitalisation of our workflows and processes in order to operate almost paperless.

We work every day to continuously improve sustainability along the entire product life cycle. To this end, we scrutinise every single stage and continue to develop. Starting with the procurement of high-quality materials, through to the avoidance of unnecessary waste, energy-saving transport and environmentally friendly disposal.
